Certification Details BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required AHA certifications for specific units such as CCU, ED, and PACU License/Certificate verification Job Details Specialty: RN Neuro Shift times are 7a-3p or 7a-5p Days, with rotating call Rotation includes every third weekend and as needed for holiday rotation Job Requirements American Heart Association certification required AHA BLS and ACLS certifications needed State license/certificate verification should be current Fit Test required NIHSS certification mandatory Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen with detailed specifications required Trinity I9, Code of Conduct Form, and Confidentiality Agreement must be signed and on file in Trinity VMS Specialty Specific Competency Testing required Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training necessary for IA Iowa's Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check required OFAC check mandatory Skills Checklist required for clinical contractors Covid related documentation as per Trinity Health guidelines Schedule Information Contract length: 13 weeks Shift: Days Rotating call shifts Working every third weekend and holidays as needed Additional Details All direct patient care personnel require American Heart Association certification For some positions, scanned copies of certification are needed Certain tests and screenings mentioned should be completed within specified time frames Various Trinity Health forms need to be signed and on record Some certifications are optional while others are mandatory
