Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU Job Specialty: NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certificate Must-Have: - Experience with the EpicCare Inpatient EMR charting system - Ability to work the night shift Job Description: - Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU - Monitor and document patient vitals and progress - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans - Educate and support families on neonatal care procedures - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards - Participate in continuous education and training sessions for professional growth
