Talent Healthcare Staffing Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Crescent City, California.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/25/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: TravelPrimary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Provides direct nursing care for patients of all age/developmental stages in assigned areas using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Responsible for managing care of assigned patients and directing activities of ancillary staff.Assesses patients' physiological and psychological needs and strengths in a competent and comprehensive manner.Plans, implements and evaluates patients' care plan.Demonstrates commitment to professional practice including those skills necessary to manage a patient care assignment in a cost justifiable manner.Demonstrates leadership skills through performance of charge nurse functions.Registered Nurse for Med Surg Tele Unit.
