Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/06/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: TravelALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7amMinimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start*TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.PBDS Assessment - waivedECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is requiredQualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours workedTact Medical Staffing Job ID #492793.
