Certification Details AHA BLS & ACLS required PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure CNOR - Certified Nurse (OR) preferred, not required CHEMO - Chemotherapy not required for Oncology TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course Tech Cert Verification - National for CVOR and CST HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) NIH Stroke Certification Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Unit-Specific Competency Exam required annually Job Details Cleveland Clinic- Akron General Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Job Requirements Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required Schedule Information Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am Additional Details Bring Government-Issued Photo ID; Must carry while on assignment OR Tech First Assistants (CSFA) and RNFAs are required to have a Driver's License Module completion required prior to start; priority high Physical Exam within a year of start Latex Allergy notification
