Certification Details BLS certification is required both front and back of card. ACLS certification for specific units. License/Certificate verification must be dated within 30 days of start. Job Details RN Medical / Surgical / Telemetry position available. Every third weekend / Holiday - every other. Job Requirements American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel. American Heart Association certification is required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU. Resume, Skills Checklist within a year, 2 Professional References are needed for submission. Schedule Information Every third weekend. Holiday every other. Additional Details 9 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start date; preferred within 14 days. All engaged contractors must have Trinity Health forms on file as specified.
