Certification Details Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS (core staff have PALs) Job Details Located in the beautiful high desert of southeastern Arizona, Canyon Vista Medical Center commits to serve residents in Sierra Vista, Ft. Huachuca, Cochise County - a population of more than 131,000 people, and our surrounding communities. We're comfortably nestled in the San Pedro River Valley, 75 miles southeast of Tucson. Canyon Vista Medical Center was founded in 1963 as Western Baptist Osteopathic Hospital on what was then the eastern edge of Sierra Vista. Growth and advancing technology dictated building our new 177,000 square foot hospital at 5700 E Hwy 90 Job Requirements 1 year recommended healthcare experience required; for travel greater than one year experience is required Preferred Skillset/Experience: tele is preferred Type of Patients on Unit: tele, surgical, general medical Flexible and willing to help RN licenses, ACLS, BLS Schedule Information Shift: 7a-7p and 7p-7a Must occasionally work weekends (same hours 7a-7p/7p-7a) Call Requirements: only when down staffed or placed on call Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 34 Any unacceptable attire: Only scrubs for clinical staff and closed toed shoes Additional Details Number of Openings: [Sensitive Information Redacted] Float Requirements: Possible to care for inpatient holds Patient Population e.g. 'geriatric, adult, peds, etc.': geriatric, adults, occasional peds (not assigned to traveler)
