Certification Details Profile Requirements: Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty Job Details Registered Nurses are responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift. Job Requirements 3+ years of Med Surg Experience IL RN License BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start. Additional Details Work history Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates) Applicants within 50 miles of facility are not eligible. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible.
