Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,085 per week

Description:
Job Details IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities after 11/30/24. Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt. Charge pay is offered. First Time Travelers are accepted. Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12. Job Requirements Certification Requirements: BCLS. Skillset Requirements: Minimum 2 Year of Med/Surg Experience, 2 Years Overall RN experience required. Skillset Preferences: Management of dysrhythmias and Interpretation of dysrhythmias. Floating Requirements: Float to different levels of care with resources provided if needed. Schedule Information Call-Ins: Traveler must make up the day during the pay period or shifts will be added at the end of the traveler contract. Weekends: Work every other week per contract. Charge coverage: May be needed with provided training and resources. Unit Specific Information Unit Information: Post Operative - Urology, GYN, GI, Ortho etc. & some pre-op patients Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6 Additional Details Valid Driver's License or Passport accepted. COVID vaccine is required for all travelers at IU Health campuses.
