Certification Details Required certifications? ACLS/PALS/BLS AZ license or compact required Job Details Hospital in Arizona is looking for a MedSurg RN to work a travel assignment. Job Requirements Number of beds? 23 Common patients seen? Medical (COPD Exacerbation, Renal Failure, Diabetes, CHF), Surgical (lap and open Chole), appendectomy, total knee/hips/shoulders, fasciotomies) , bowel resections, I/D, tonsillectomy), GYN (vaginal and abdominal hysterectomies), Peds. This is not all-inclusive, but a good snapshot of our patients we see. We are constantly assessing the needs for the dept. as well as current qualifications, so we would not float anyone to a dept. where they do not have experience/competency. Schedule Information 36 hours; night shift; will float to ICU Unit Specific Information Floating? As needed to ICU when there is overflow if qualified.
