Certification Details COVID Vaccination now required (dose date on or after 10/3/2023) Exemption forms available upon request Traveler must agree to wear a mask at all times if exempted Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) position available Employment Type: Temp Contract Length: 13 weeks Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist within 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from past two years Hospital System: Berkshire Health System Job Requirements Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License required Minimum 2 years current L & D experience Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred ACLS, NRP and BLS must be in hand at profile upload Schedule Information Time off must be noted and verified at profile upload Profiles without specific availability for interview will not be presented Traveler must be willing to work on holidays Unit Specific Information Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment Berkshire Medical Center has various medical specialties and services Additional Details No travel for those residing within 50 miles of facility Permanent address required at profile upload No more than 3 days of RTO accepted Traveler cannot have all holidays off
