Magnet Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Kearney, Nebraska.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/13/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: TravelBeds: 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms 2 antepartum rooms 1 OR Suite 2 on-call rooms for Doctors # births 50/month, 600/year Certs BLS, ACLS, NRP (Required) FHM (Preferred) Ratios couplet 1:3, Laboring 1:1 FHM System OBIX Mothers labor & deliver in one bed. There is no nursery; newborns stay in bassinets in their mothers' rooms. Babies never leave their mothers' sides. They believe in skin-to-skin care. There is strong team-work in this department. In April 2018 they were honored for their designation as a 'Safe Sleep Champion' by the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS). Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 48 hours during a 13 week assignment with no penalty Charting System: EPIC BSN Required:No License to Submit:Yes
