Certification Details American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications active upon submission Job Details Temp Registered Nurse (RN) position in Colorado East Morgan County Hospital, part of the Banner Health system Must be accurate in submitting request highlighted details Start Date should align closely with Order Start Date Job Requirements 24 months minimum of current Labor & Delivery experience - REQUIRED Resume with facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, units Skills Checklist related to the discipline Active License verification American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications required Travel experience - Preferred Schedule Information RTO must be less than 7 days No RTO approved in the first week of assignment or holidays Unit Specific Information Include all units candidate is willing to work in upon submission Include all shifts and locations candidate is open to work Additional Details Flu vaccination details (Banner declinations forms available) Background requirements must be met Non-Billable hours set to 16 hours for each assignment Assignment cancellable with 7 days written notice without penalty
