Meta Sense, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Novi, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Duties: Job Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. -Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. -Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Required Education: -Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure: -Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. -BLS Certifications & Licenses: ACLS BLS RN NIHSS On call commitment on a rotational basis. During the week, weekends and holidays. Must be available on holidays, No more than 7 days of RTO during contract. ACLS. NIHSS required. Min 2 years of ICU, ED, or IR in at least a level 2 trauma center required. Must have experience with moderate sedation. Would prefer neuro/stroke experience. Prior experience with ultrasounds/CT preferred. Must live close enough to the facility to respond to call within 45 minutes when on call. Meta Sense, Inc. Job ID #34022185 T.
