Certification Details Certs Required: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Job Details Neuro IR RN - Days 36HRS or 40HRS Can start: [date removed for privacy] Cost Center: [number removed for privacy] Four shifts Mon-Fri 0700-1630 (will consider 4x10 Days) Ratio: 1:1 Unit systems: Pyrix Documentation system: Cerner Preferred Skill: Pulmonary Artery Lines and EVD Familiarity Skill: Circulate, Conscious Sedation, ICP, Telemetry, Triage, and Vents Charge Experience Preferred Job Requirements Expectations: Neuro IR nurses assist with cases: stroke interventions, cerebral angiograms and associated interventions, thrombectomies, and circulating as the RN to assist during the case. Interventional Radiology (IR) cases include: moderate sedation when needed, specimen collection with circulation, working with Interventionalist and IR tech. Organ biopsies, GI Bleeds, paras, Thora's, angiograms, Line placement, dialysis catheter (tunneled and non-tunneled), UFIE's. Schedule Information Monday through Friday 0700 to 1630 Four nine-hour shifts. Day off is rotated 8 on-call shifts overnight in a 4-week period for Neuro and IR. Dual modalities rotated 30 min arrival time for Neuro/60 min arrival time for IR Weekday is Monday through Thursday beginning at 1630 until 0700 which is 14.50 hours Weekend is Saturday and Sunday 24 hours, back-up rotation, every 3rd weekend. Additional Details This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine May come into contact with Covid Patients
