Hired by Matrix is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Camden, New Jersey.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/02/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: TravelICU/ Nights/ Weekends CC Float Pool 36 hours 13-week contract **Flexible Start**REQUIRED:CRRT and EVD experience ACLSBLS3 years of experience 1 year of level trauma experience OVERVIEW:Cooper has 4 intensive care units:K3 is a 16 bed neuro intensive care unit caring for stroke, post neuro intervention and neurosurgery patients.P10 is a 24 bed Level 1 Trauma Surgical intensive care unit caring for Level 1 Trauma surgical/interventional patientsK4 is a 30 bed Cardiovascular surgery (open heart surgery) and medical intensive care unit patients.K5 is a 13 bed Cardiac Care unit caring for cardiac medical and post cardiac cath patients.All units have a 2 patient to 1 nurse ratio which can increase or decrease depending on acuity and stability of a patient. Agency RNs are in a critical care float pool so can be assigned to any one of these 4 units and may be assigned to intermediate units on other floors in the hospital.
