Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,146 per week

Certification Details Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) - Required ACLS (AHA) - Required State License Requirements: IL RN License - Required Job Details Registered Nurses in the Intensive Care Unit are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery by: Assesses, utilizing age-specific data, the patient's physical, and psychosocial, status in a comprehensive manner Demonstrates accurate assessment skills, appropriate to the age of the patient Performs ongoing assessments and completes required documentation within organizational standards Performs and documents including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning, to achieve optimal patient outcomes Assists other staff in the delivery of patient care, as appropriate Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes Job Requirements 2+ years of ICU Experience - Required BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required IL RN License - Required Work history Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed Unit Specific Information Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit Additional Details Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction Applicants within 50 miles of facility are not eligible. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible.
