Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health/Hospice Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: N/A Experience: 2 years required License: Valid WI License required Certifications: BLS, AHA Certifications required prior to start Must-Have: MI License, Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Job Description: - Provide care to home health and hospice patients. - On-call duties required. - Work every 4th or 5th weekend. - Travelers often work in WI & MI. - No holiday requests; holidays scheduled as needed. - Candidates will float within the hospital as needed. - Modules during orientation should be dedicated up to 8 hours and are recorded via Kronos. - 8 hours of orientation required. - Completion of compliance requirements within 48 hours of assignment acceptance.
