Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/02/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Ideal candidate must have 1-year Home Health experience. Will consider FTT.Coverage: ALL of Waukesha CountyCandidate MUST provide their own transportation to/from all patient visits. Patient Types:Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc.Patient Ratios:Case Manager: 20-30 patientsRequired Certifications: BLSSkills required: Wound care, including wound vacs, pleural drains, ostomy care; peripheral blood draws, central line care, IV administration through multiple devices including elastomeric and IV pumps, excellent assessment skills, experience with computer documentation About Talent4 Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
