Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in West Allis, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/02/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: TravelIdeal candidate must have 1-year Home Health experience. Will consider FTT. Coverage: ALL of Waukesha County Candidate MUST provide their own transportation to/from all patient visits. Patient Types: Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc. Patient Ratios: Case Manager: 20-30 patients Required Certifications: BLS Skills required: Wound care, including wound vacs, pleural drains, ostomy care; peripheral blood draws, central line care, IV administration through multiple devices including elastomeric and IV pumps, excellent assessment skills, experience with computer documentationAbout Talent4HealthA leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
