Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Peritoneal Dialysis Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days, Monday to Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM; On call after hours and weekends Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required to submit Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Proficiency in dialysis, especially home dialysis Job Description: - Manage 10 peritoneal dialysis patients with proficiency in home-hemodialysis preferred. - Utilize Baxter/NxStage dialysis machines. - Be available for clients to schedule as needed, based on clinic needs and census. - On-call responsibilities mainly involve troubleshooting patient issues; rare in-person patient meetings after hours, with referrals to ER when necessary. - Work with a friendly and efficient team and a supportive Medical Director. - Enjoy a scenic setting with access to picturesque redwoods and vineyards. - Engage with a clinic environment that operates smoothly and provides a positive working atmosphere. - No floating required. - Maintain effective patient care in a post-acute setting.
