Certification Details BLS PALS License Verification must be done within 30 days of start date NPI Number verification Specialty-specific certifications as applicable Job Details 8 WEEKS ONLY 48 HOURS ONLY VARIABLE OR STRAIGHT NIGHTS NO HOLIDAY RTO 3 days max RTO OK to submit if not within a dedicated Children's facility Traveler could be floated to every unit except OR, PACU, and ED Units include PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice Patients can range from neonatal up to 23 Job Requirements CA License 2+ years of CVPICU/CTICU experience leading up to assignment PEDS Cardiac experience - MUST be cardiac trained Heart transplant experience Willing to float between units Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation Schedule Information 3x12 variable or straight night shifts, 36x48 available Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule Requested Time Off: 3 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week) Self scheduling Ratio:1:1-2 Unit Specific Information CVICU: Ped experience required, but not necessarily from a dedicated Children's facility Ped Cardiac experience mandatory Additional Details Valid photo ID is required Must have front and back copies of ID Orientation Information: sent out before start
