Travel Nurse RN - CVICU - $2,135 per week

Description:
Certification Details Influenza Vaccine, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) documentation required. Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment, updated annually thereafter. Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation needed. Job Details RN CVICU able to care for both cardiac medical ICU patients and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients. Required to be competent in NxStage and Impella. Job Requirements BLS and ACLS Certification required and must be from the American Heart Association. Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Pharmacology 1,2 exam required. Ascension Skills Checklist - Clinical only; Required annually in specialty. Ascension Specialty Exam completion required. Unit Specific Information Ascension Unit Specific Checklist to be completed. Additional Details Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here. Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required. Flu vaccine required starting Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers, updated every year.
