ID: 50072594 Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40) Description: CH Home North Metro B - Looking for RN to perform clinical visits on home bound patients in far northern lake county illinois, including Round Lake, Lake Villa and Antioch areas. Care consisting of education on medications, disease management and self care along with performing skills such as wound care, infusion, line maintenance, ostomy care, etc and teaching patients how to perform care for these as well. This position is 100% in the field, with nurse driving from one patient to the next. There is no "office" to report to, all meetings held virtually and nursing supplies are delivered. Initial trainig required on site in Oakbrook for 2 days only. Expectation is for 6 routine visits per day. Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:89
