Certification Details ACLS Required for: RN/LPN working in ICU, CCU, ED, PACU, and Tele units, CRTs, RRTs (AHA or ARC) BLS Required (AHA or ARC) PALS Required for RN/LPNs working in ED or Pediatrics (AHA or ARC) NRP - As required by unit description TNCC - As required by unit description EFM - As required by unit description Tech Cert Verification - Required based on Profession/State State License 1 Verification - Required prior to start NIH Stroke Certification - As required by unit description or for MS/Tele and ICU Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam - Required within 3 years of start, must score 80% or higher Color Blind Testing - Required (online or in-person) Competency Exam - Required within 3 years of start, must score 80% or higher Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam - Required for Telemetry, Critical Care, ED units within 3 years and 80% passing score Job Details 2YRS - Case Manager - 40HRS DAYS SHIFT: 5x8 Day 0800 - 1630 START DATE: 11/18, 12/2 Certs Req: BLS Skills Req: Acute Hospital, Long Term Acute Care/Rehab/Skilled Nursing, Admission Criteria, Care coordination, Discharge Planning, Utilize InterQual Criteria, Utilize Milliman Guidelines Previous Charge Experience Preferred This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine* May come into contact with Covid Patients* office dress code; business casual Job Requirements 2 Years Minimum Experience Required; screen if less Must have 1 prior travel assignment; screen if less Schedule Information SHIFT: 5x8 Day 0800 - 1630 Additional Details A valid driver's license will be required if driving on behalf of MedStar Health is an essential function of the job.Required Preferred Job Industries Other
