Certification Details Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Preferred but not required: Cardiac cath and/or IR experience Other certifications mentioned but not specified as required or for a different unit/role Job Details Registered Nurse position in Cardiac Cath Lab Start date: ASAP 12-18 cases a day Scrub, circulate and monitor tasks High volume, high acuity Cath Lab unit takes STEMI call Team oriented and hard working group 3 labs, all newly renovated Philips rooms, newly upgraded a year ago Medrad and manifold for injections XPER and EPIC documentation systems Treatments include TAVRS, watchman, cardiomems, carotids, impella, CTO, peripherals, TEVARS/EVARS, STEMI 3 person teams for each lab, consist of Techs and RNs BSN preferred Ratios: 1:6 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend Requirement: Every other Is on-call Required? No Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs Open to accommodating block schedule at manager's discretion Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions at manager's discretion Guaranteed Hours as per billing rules Job Requirements ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required Minimum of 1 year cardiac or critical care experience required Experience in cardiac cath and/or IR preferred Clinician will float within scope to medical assignment and ED (for medical holds) Schedule Information Start date: ASAP Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Open to accommodating block schedule at manager's discretion No on-call requirements stated Unit Specific Information Cardiac Cath Lab RN Team oriented and hard working group 3 labs, all newly renovated Additional Details ******Sensitive Information Removed******
