Certification Details Certs REQ: ARRT and BLS Drivers License/State ID ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure CHEMO - Chemotherapy TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring Tech Cert Verification - National HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement State License 1 Verification NIH Stroke Certification Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Color Blind Testing Online Competency Exam Job Details Average Census: 15-20 Ratios: Days - 1:5, Nights - 1:2, Weekends - 1:1 Shift: 5x8 1430 - 2230 Years of experience REQ: 2 years First timers accepted: Yes Is on-call REQ? Yes, some on call during the week from 1030p-7a. It is usually one day a week if they are needed. Locals accepted: Yes. Pending License accepted RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays. Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
