Job DescriptionTrusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a travel job in Detroit, Michigan.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Mammography Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/23/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: TravelTRA Mammographer TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency. The TRA Mammography Tech performs diagnostic Mammographic exams, verifys patient identity, reviews patient's medical record for appropriateness of exam or procedure. Explains procedure to patient, Sets up equipment and acquires appropriate images as per script. Reviews images, makes initial observations, documents exceptions from established protocols and communicates data to radiologist.
