Certification Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course Tech Cert Verification - National HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) NIH Stroke Certification Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Competency Exam Job Details Facility will consider any start date before 2024 This is an IR Tech position with scrub required Minimum 1 year of experience required Level I trauma experience preferred Experience Requirement: Interventional Radiology Patient diagnoses/Types of cases for this unit: GI Tube placement, liver ablation, embolization, liver biopsy, paracentesis, TIPS, renal angiography/stents, lung biopsy, thoracentesis, cerebral angiography, carotid angio port placement Required general skills: PACS, C-Arm, Contrast, Biopsies Experience in portables preferred Charting System: Centricity, Cerner First time travelers are accepted Scrubs are provided Job Requirements BLS required ARRT required Experience in Interventional Radiology Schedule Information Shift time: 7a-5:30p Blocked scheduling not considered Call Requirements: On call 1 night per week & every 5th weekend Weekend: On call weekend is Fri/Sat/Sun No holiday requirement
