ORTu00a0 inspect su00a0 instruments to ensure all required items are available u00a0andu00a0 performs surgical scrub technique and gown and glove procedure for self and surgical team . ORT j ob responsibilities include, but are not limited to: u00a0 n n n n M aintain a sterile field andu00a0 take u00a0immediate action to correct any breaks in technique u00a0 n Perform specimen reconciliation and care for and identify specimen s u00a0 n ORT assistu00a0 with procedure room turnovers and close-of-day activities u00a0 u00a0 n D ocument patient-care records and other forms according to facility policies and procedures u00a0 u00a0 n n n
