Qualifications: An active and unencumbered medical license in the state of employment (if a new license is needed for your assignment, Vetted Locums can help).No flagged or under investigation licenses.Prior locums experience is preferable.Clinical expertise and technical proficiency in administering anesthesia.Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.Effective communication skills to collaborate with the surgical team.Adaptability to rapidly changing patient conditions.
