Certification Details ACLS, BLS required Tech Cert Verification - National State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Job Details Cath Lab Tech Must be RT(R)(ARRRT) certified Must have NM license - 2+ years of experience required - 4x10Hr 06:00 - 16:30 Job Requirements RT(R)(ARRRT) certification NM license 2+ years of experience Schedule Information Weekend call requirement is two weekends a month, consisting of Friday at 16:00 to Monday morning at 05:59 and one to three days during the week depending on weekend call status Additional Details Proof of I9 or Attestation Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client. Proof of Everify or Attestation Please require if nurse is working on a compact license Residency Declaration Form
