A company is looking for a Travel Agent Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and clerical support to Travel Agents/Advisors. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, client payments, and refunds related to travel reservations Ensure accuracy of vendor confirmations and assist with travel document processing Create automated reminders for payment due dates and reservation follow-ups Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent One year of business experience in a call center (travel experience preferred) Stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required Able to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as needed Must have a quiet, private workspace free from distractions
