Culhane Meadows is seeking a seasoned tax attorney with at least 8 years of practice in general transactional tax work. Candidates must have experience in tax matters including: Corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures Partnerships, LLCs, and other joint ventures Private equity and private equity fund formation Real estate, real estate fund formation, and real estate investment trusts Regulated investment companies Financing and capital markets transactionsWorking knowledge of U.S. tax law implications on foreign companies or individuals doing business in the U.S., as well as general knowledge of state and local tax implications, is preferred.
