A company is looking for a Transaction Support Specialist II to provide support to borrowers and the mortgage operations team. Key Responsibilities Order, collect, review, and finalize third-party documentation for mortgage loans Evaluate underwriting requirements and ensure documents meet specifications Communicate status updates and escalate issues regarding documentation delays Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required Familiarity with the mortgage process and mortgage documents is preferred Ability to adapt well to change Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Apps Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software
