A company is looking for a Transaction Management Director (Documentation Review). Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and manage lease approvals Lead integration efforts between internal and external teams and drive resource allocation for projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Multi-dimensional and innovative thinking to develop new solutions In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Expert organizational skills and mathematical proficiency for complex calculations Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
