Coordinate Global Luxury sign placements. Order title work and home warranties as needed. Prepare agents' files for closing. Ensure all signatures are complete. Various administrative duties like filing, organizing, communicating with vendors, etc. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property. Active or Former REALTORS® Highly Encouraged to apply. This is an in-office role at 809 S. 52nd St. Rogers, AR 72758 Coldwell Banker Office Location. This is not a remote work position Hours: Monday-Friday work week, 8am-5pm- 40 hrs per week.
