Transaction Closing Coordinator

We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Responsibilities: • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close• Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently• Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service• Real estate license preferred Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly About Company: Thrive Realty Company is a leading independent boutique brokerage that strives to be the most trusted, empowering, and results-oriented real estate brand in southeast Michigan.
