A company is looking for a Transaction Advisory Manager responsible for overseeing financial due diligence engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements, including due diligence and financial modeling Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence and prepare quality of earnings reports Develop financial models to support valuation and coordinate with clients and internal teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance Experience in quality of earnings CPA or CMA license preferred 5-7 years of experience in transaction advisory services or public accounting Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
