Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Staff Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for care coordinators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for clinical care coordinators. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on best practices in care coordination. Collaborate with clinical staff to identify training needs and develop relevant content. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to care coordinators to enhance their skills. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in care coordination. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field (LPN Preferred) Active nursing license Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical care coordination or a related field. Previous experience in training or education with focus on Clinical documentation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
