Training Coordinator Reporting line: Learning and Development Lead Salary: To be discussed at interview and will depend of experience West Yorkshire Closing Date: Tuesday 9 th April Interview: WC Tuesday 16 th April Summary of role: The Training Coordinator role will be to inspire, develop and continuously enhance The Bridges workforce through the delivery of high: quality training. You will work alongside the Learning and Development Leads to shape and deliver training at all levels of the organisation from induction through to supporting management development through our teaching and learning pathways. About The Bridge The Bridge provides community based registered care services for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex care needs. We provide personalised outcome: based support to enable individuals with enhanced care and support needs to live safely, happily and successfully in the community. We take a fresh perspective to individuals support needs and like to do things differently. That means focusing on the important aspects of what matters to the people we support and keeping it simple wherever else possible. Everyones opinion matters to us and we see this as key to the success of the people we support.
