A day in the life of Supplying to an exciting and growing customer base across retail, wholesale manufacturing and food service sectors, as a Fresh Meat Trader you will be supporting the growth and development of our fresh meat offer, bringing in new business customers whilst maximising gross profit % and cash income. About the Role Our trading team is key to our success and as a Fresh Meat Trader you'll join our busy, fast-paced, and dynamic buying/sales team. We are on the hunt for traders and future traders to join our fresh meat category and would love to hear from anyone with relevant experience. With great scope for customer portfolio management, development and expansion, the successful individual will gain new accounts and continue to develop & grow accounts that are established. The position will source new business, negotiate pricing/tenders, manage customer expectations and work closely with internal teams to promote & strengthen the company's market position.
