This role offers the chance to represent clients in diverse trademark matters on regional, national, and international stages.Duties:Conduct trademark clearance and filing strategy.Manage prosecution and enforcement investigations.Draft cease and desist letters for trademark infringement.Negotiate co-existence and settlement agreements.Collaborate with a dynamic team of trademark practitioners.Requirements:Active law license.Minimum of 5+ years of trademark experience (less experience considered with strong training).Excellent academic credentials.Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in MN.Job Location:Minneapolis, MN.Skills:Experience in advertising law, intellectual property, and technology licensing is a plus.Strong analytical and communication skills.
