Responsibilities: Alleviate manual processes with inception of modern analytical software (PowerBI; MS Co-pilot etc) Co-manage sales analytics to provide insights for performance and opportunities Streamline processes for voucher related claims from SERs Analyze and administer payment for Customer Services Transactions Assist in upkeep and maintenance of monthly department budget Requirements: Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing or its equivalent Commit to a 6-months internship IT savvy with keen understanding of mobile technology/knowledge Proficiency in database/data visualization software (eg. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) Results oriented and have strong commercial fundamentals & good business acumen Team player who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills
