Introduction As a Brand and Marketing Coordinator at Motif Labs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Brand Managers in the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing marketing calendars and coordinating retail pitch decks to overseeing the distribution of trade and marketing assets. You'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal and external sales partners, and retail partners to achieve our goals. Company Motif Labs is a licensed cannabis extraction facility located in SW Ontario and the largest privately owned cannabis company in Canada with the #1 market share in the vape segment. We are the creator of brands such as BOXHOT, DEBUNK, and Boondocks, that are deeply connected to the diverse and evolving needs of today's consumer market. Position Overview: Supports Brand managers the development of brand & marketing plans, campaigns, asset development, trade show planning & logistics. Coordination and on-going maintenance of Marketing Calendar including communication with cross functional partners on changes and updates. Coordinates development, management and distribution of Retailer Pitch decks ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Management of trade & marketing assets across all suppliers including distribution, fulfillment, inventory, portal management, and budget tracking.
