Dover is a diversified global manufacturer with annual revenues in excess of $7 billion Job description: The Total Rewards and Organizational Development (OD) Manager is a key member of the Human Resources team for a $400+ million Operating Company of a large multi-national industrial leader based in the Midwestern United States. The company has experienced significant global growth and will continue to grow both organically and through acquisitions on a global basis. This role is considered a successor for future promotional assignments and as such, the ideal candidate must be willing to relocate domestically for future job opportunities. This role has responsibility for assisting in the creation, tracking and implementation of Total Rewards program and as well as other Organizational Development (OD) projects for the organization; and will be a part of the global Human Resource team. The Total Rewards work is focused on the design of holistic framework of financial and non-financial rewards that reflects the organization’s strategy to attract, motivate, and retain employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, analyze and manage a global pay package Design: salary & incentive structures, pay policy; etc. Analyze: job analyze, evaluation and classification; survey participation; benefits benchmark and review Plan management: changes to base pay; short and longterm incentives; allowances, sales compensation; Communication: guidance and comp plan features, plans and options Assists in the leadership, development and implementation of global Organizational Development (OD)/ HR projects such as learning and development opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits Executes various human resources plans, procedures; assists managers and employees with understanding Total Rewards & OD practices to improve organizational performance Builds and maintains collaborative partnerships with global teammates for effectiveness and may lead specialized projects and/or services. Maintains and updates all relevant OD/ Human Resource Details Systems and HR records for accuracy and generate required reports Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets for continuous improvement Promotes a positive workplace atmosphere through communications and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity Assists with other projects and duties as assigned. Requirements/Requirements: Min of Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, business or other related discipline. 5-seven years of HR Total Rewards experience (-- specifically compensation and organizational development; or other relevant HR Projects); Attention to detail and accuracy, and possess excellent time management and management expertise, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication expertise, with the ability to build professional relationships and rapport with all levels of employees. Demonstrated skill to set priorities and manage a variety tasks to achieve results Maintains a professional, collaborative demeanor in performing duties adhering to strict confidentiality Domestic mobility (i.e. ability to relocate domestically for future assignments) Strong and change agile team member, with high work ethic, ambition, and commitment to win Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite required (Microsoft word, Ms excel, PowerPoint, etc.); HRIS system proficiency preferred Business will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in USA.
