Job Description:SUMMARYSupport the Toll Management product by monitoring vehicle enrollment, handling violation disputes, and resolving customer service issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Monitor reporting and resolve issues with vehicles enrolling on the Toll Management product. * Add, enroll, update or unenroll vehicles from the US and 407 toll program. * Work with team members to complete the enrollment process * Work with other team members to complete monthly invoice errors prior to due date and client billing. * Investigate and respond to driver/client inquires regarding the Toll Management product, process, transponder requests, and toll violation dispute status. * Review Sales Force requests upon receipt. Respond to and resolve Sales Force requests promptly and within the ECD to deliver excellent customer service. * Monitor toll violation volume to identify trends with vehicle enrollment or jurisdictional changes that may impact our vehicles on the program. * Collaborate with other departments as necessary to further develop product or improve operational proceduresSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
