A company is looking for a Token Plan Administrator to manage and administer token compensation programs in a dynamic digital assets industry. Key Responsibilities Administer token plans, including token option plans and Restricted Token Awards Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare financial reports Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding token compensation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration or a related role Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and regulatory requirements Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities as needed
