We are looking for someone who is research-driven, loves efficiency, and has a keen eye for detail. If this sounds like you, apply now! Responsibilities: • Verify ownership, legal descriptions, and restrictions by analyzing liens, maps, public records, leases, plat books, agreements, surveys, and contracts• Check for real estate title defects after conducting property search for title issues such as liens, claims, deeds, wills, mortgages, or fraud• Travel to and from county offices to pick up and deliver documents Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills• High school diploma required -- college degree preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• State license requirements must be met for this position --title producers license is a bonus• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with excellent communication skills Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly About Company: Tallgrass Title is a full-service title insurance and escrow company that serves Kansas.
