A company is looking for a Title Operations Manager to oversee operational functions related to providing title services to customers. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead teams performing title operations and support branches in clearing titles Act as a liaison between Examining and Underwriting to ensure compliance and production goals are met Assess departmental priorities and address resource and operational challenges Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience Accountable for team performance and results within the area of specialty Ability to adapt department plans and priorities to meet operational objectives Experience managing individual contributors and/or supervisors
